The work we do in educational institutions is organized as workshops, seminars/webinars, support and skill development groups or trainings developed specifically for the needs of the school for students, teachers, school leaders, parents and psychological counselors. The work consists of one-time or several-time seminars and workshops, or training packages spread throughout the school year, including quantitative and qualitative assessment and needs analysis, with the participation of all school stakeholders, depending on the needs of the institution.

School Climate

It is a concept that includes all the characteristics of a school such as the relationship between students, teachers, psychological counselors, administrators, parents and all employees of the school, communication, values of the school, education and teaching methods, social emotional development, feeling emotionally and physically safe, perspective on differences and can be defined as the culture and character of the school in a sense. In schools that implement social emotional development programs, it is seen that a positive school climate can be created, students experience fewer behavioral problems, their academic success increases, they have a more positive perception of the school and their emotional management skills are more developed. By supporting social emotional development skills, individuals can improve in areas such as learning, decision making, achieving their goals, academic success, success in business life, managing difficult emotions and protecting their mental health, and risky behaviors such as self-harm can be reduced. We care about supporting these skills in schools where children and young people spend a large part of their days. While supporting students, supporting the social emotional development of teachers, psychological counselors, school leaders, parents and all school employees helps them provide the best support to students.
