We are a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and couples/family therapists who work in specialized teams based on age groups and clinical functions, such as neuropsychological testing for ADHD, comprehensive evaluations for ASD, and transitional youth mental health (ages 16-28).
Treatment
Our treatment services include CBT, psychodynamic and systemic family/couples therapies, EMDR, ACT, and advanced psychopharmacological treatments. However, we do not offer OT/PT or SLT services. We refer appropriate cases, when necessary, to forensic and addiction specialists.
Testing
For testing, we conduct psychoeducational assessments in English using a cross-battery approach with almost every major standardized test available in Turkish and English. We prepare reports for College Board, IB, and similar organizations for accommodation purposes. Neuropsychological testing for ruling out or confirming ADHD and LD may include WISC-5, Woodcock-Johnson IV Tests of Academic Achievement, NEPSY-2 (Developmental Neuropsychological Assessment), WPPSI-IV (Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence), and WRAML-2 (Wide Range Assessment of Memory and Learning).
When exploring the possibility of ASD, we use ADOS-2, ADI-R, and Vineland ABS as part of our assessment tools. We can administer most of these tests online if necessary, such as for families who have moved to countries where these services are unavailable or difficult to access.
For incoming families and individuals, we review their previous clinical and psychoeducational documentation to plan the type of evaluations and interviews needed.
For instance, if a medication treatment for ADHD is already in place and well-established, one of the physicians on our neurodevelopmental team is assigned the case and decides how to proceed.
